DealLens is a UK property investment analysis service. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described below. You can contact us at support@propertydealcheck.uk.

• Account data — your email address, first name and surname (if provided) and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.
• Deal and portfolio data — listing URLs you paste, property details you enter or import, saved analyses and portfolio holdings.
• Billing data — subscription plan, status, renewal dates and payment events. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by DealLens.
• Usage data — counts of analyses run, and basic technical logs such as errors and request metadata used to keep the service reliable.

• To provide the analysis, saved deals and portfolio features you request.
• To enforce free-tier limits and manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• To take payments, handle renewals, refunds and failed-payment recovery.
• To send service emails such as verification, password resets and billing notices.
• To diagnose faults, prevent abuse and improve the product.

We rely on contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and, where required, consent (optional marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions: our cloud database, authentication and hosting provider; Stripe for payments and subscription billing; and our email delivery provider for transactional messages.

Account, deal and portfolio data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (typically 6 years for billing records).

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email support@propertydealcheck.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember free-tier usage and complete secure checkout. These are required for the service to function.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
